On this beautiful sunny day, I’m going to make….
Lamb Stew! :D
Jenggg jengggg…..
For all meat lover… high five!

You’ll need all stuff on the picture above.
But don’t worry,
…. the details are on the picture below,…

3 Cups of chicken stock = I use 2 cube of Maggie or Knorr to make this chicken stock. Shortcut!
Rosemary and Black pepper.
Salt.
All purpose flour.
Butter.

2 stick of salary.

2 stick of salary and cut into pieces.
2 carrots cut into pieces. Cute- size-pieces, I mean.
1 big yellow onion
4 washed potato.
Because of dutch (small potato is very very expensive), so I use medium washed potato, which is has a greattt taste.
and of course….

600 grams of lamb shoulders.
Look at that beautiful lamb meat, wohooo.
Lets work on the lamb shoulder first :)

Place the lamb shoulder to one big plate.
Put some salt on the top, and pepper too.
Do the same to the another side of the lamb.
It’ll become like this.

and u’ll also need:

One big fry pan and wok.

Heat the pan with the vegetable oil. 3 table spoon will do.
Until the oil hot enough, place the lamb. Let it fry until darker like gosong dikit2. It will be okay. You want a dark colour for the soup.
Guarantee the smell makes you excited! It smells soooo gooooodddd!
Sssttt, um…. Sorry my neighbor!! :P

Balik2-an until it get dark to every side. And,
Put it into the big wok.

Oke then…. , lets do the stock.
With the same pan, put the onion inside. The bawang will get lengket with hitam2 cause the lamb. But its okay, its just give you the colour.
Fry and stir it for 3-4 minutes.

Put one table spoon of butter.
Stir for couple of minutes.

And tea spoon of all purpose flour.
Stir for another minute.

Ok… you ready now.

Put the chicken stock inside pan.
Let it boiled.

Add some pinches of rosemary and let it boiled for 3-4 minutes.

While waiting for the stock to boiled, put the salary and carrots on the top of the lamb.
Soooo beautidul right? Hahaha. I love the green match with the brownish and orange colour. :P

When the stock is ready… boiled and smell good, put inside the wok. Careful not to percik on yourself okay?

It suppose to cover your lamb and vege. If you think its not enough, please add more water.

Close the lid, and wait for 1 hour :D
Get yourself a cup of coffee!!! Tadaaaaa…….! Take your time…..

… and may be replying or leave comment on your page or facebook! Haha!
After one hour,

Remove the lamb from the wok.

Place it on a plate and let it cold.

Separate the meat from the bone. Cut it in pieces, yes again… , cute tiny pieces. :))))

Put into the high heat.

U need to remove the fat from the top of the soup at this stage, we don’t don’t want the fat ;)
And put the potat0ooooo! (sorry, forgot to take pic on this part)

And put back inside the lamb.

And let it boiled in medium for another half hour.
And …
…. finish!
This is not complecated at all. Easy…., and all the ingridients really easy to find. I bet u did better than i do! So must try, okay? A rich taste of soup with a healthy carrots and Celery. A very special stew for dinner, especially when you invite someone to your house! :)))

You’ll like it because the potato is really soft, the meat is tender, and the sweetness of carrots.

It match perfecly with rice. And, yes! Take out your fave sambal, it more tastier.
