I love to cook sometimes. Trying a good recipe, in my tiny kitchen.Usually in the morning, when i don’t need to rush, and have a plenty of time to enjoy it with my husband.

Today, it was raining. So, we don’t go out, just spending the day in home, and writting.

A perfect day to try Aglio Olio [AH-lyoh ay AW-lyoh].

I used :

- Premium smoked  beef. 30 gram for 2 portion.

- Sphagetti (1 pack is for 6 portion (for Asian ), so, depends on your need)

- Olive oil. (4-5 table spoon)

- 3-4 clove of garlic. (We love garlic so much)

- Parsley (I use the dry one)

- Prawn (medium size) Note : seafood lover, just put as much as u want. :D

And, …

Boil big pot of water wait until it really boiled. And while u re waiting, chop the garlic into a very microscopic size, slice smoked beef to a square cute size.

Put the spaghetti only if the water boiled. After the bola-bola air muncul. And choose the right pot. Big enough to cover the length of the spaghetti.  Put a tea spoon of salt and generous amount of olive oil into the boiled water.

Naturel SpaghettiAn expert suggest not to buy a cheap spaghetti in the supermarket. Try to find spaghetti with durum wheat as ingredient. You want the result of your spaghetti in al dente. (ga lembek one, kenyal-kenyal one). So, read the kemasan of your spaghetti carefully, pay attention on the time for your notification to cook the spaghetti. And keep trying your self, if the spaghetti is al dante enough or not.

I used the Naturel Spaghetti. And it took 6-7 minutes to al dente. Then, try it 2-3 times, until i found the al dente texture.

Dried ParsleyMean while waiting it al dente, after your fry pan with (4-5 table spoon) of Olive oil  heated, put the garlic inside. Stir fry for 10-20 second, and don’t wait it until too  brown. Put the dried chili. Stir.Put the prawn and the smoked beef. Put a bit of parsley. Stir it with your own style, sesuka hati lah. :D

After the spaghetti  ready with right texture, tiriskan, then siram dengan air biasa. Then, put it into the fry pan. Mix it with gaya sebebas-bebasnya, put more and more parsley. I put it a lot, love the taste.

I don’t use parmesan, coz both of us don’t like. U can add if u like.

The Olive Oil smells good, the texture is nice. The prawn made the spaghetti rich with taste. The smoked beef, is everyone fave.  So, when you feel guilty about eating instant noodle everyday, this one is worth to try. A healthy, tasty spaghetti. Just need about 15 minutes, and short time of shopping for the ingredient.
